I get into trouble because of the ease with which I answer it. However, Victor’s harsh treatment towards his family and the creature are not as cruel as they seem. The monster agrees to live in the deserts of South America and have no further contact with humans. The Monster is arguably more human than Victor because of its sophisticated emotional development throughout the novel.

When Sirius kills Thwaites in response, he follows Victor's creature in doing to humans what they have taught him to do. Don’t waste time!

Victor’s fear for his family forces him to agree to this dangerous demand of the monster (Kirca and Hazal 132).
